"Running Man" is an outdoor sports reality show launched by South Korea's SBS TV station in "It's Good Sunday" unit.

The program is dedicated to creating a new entertainment program different from Real variety. Each issue has a different theme, with different guests participating and different teams competing. By completing various game tasks, the winner will win a title or prize.

Seven fixed members are Yu Jae Seok, Seok-Jin Jee, Kim Jong Kook, HAHA (Tong seun Ho) and Song Ji Hyo, and Jeon So Min and Yang Se-chan joined in 2117. Former members Song Joong Ki, Lizzy (Lizzy), Gary (Jiang Xijian) and Lee Kwang Soo left for personal development reasons.

Running Man premiered on SBS TV station in Korea at 16: 51 (15: 51 Beijing time) every Sunday afternoon from July 11, 2111.

Program history:

In February p>2111, after the Korean variety "Birth of the Family", Yu Jae Seok decided to return to the unit program "Sunday is really good" again, so "Running Man" attracted great attention from the audience when it was first broadcast.

On July 11 of the same year, the program was officially launched. The initial hosts included Yu Jae Seok, Seok-Jin Jee, Kim Jong Kook, Tong seun Ho, Gary (Jiang Xijian), Lee Kwang Soo and Song Joong Ki, while Song Ji Hyo and Lizzy (Park Xiuying) became regular hosts in the second and eighth issues respectively.
