Most importantly, drinking soup before meals can make the food in the stomach fully close to the stomach wall, enhance the feeling of fullness, thus inhibiting the nerve center of eating and reducing people's appetite.
I have been in Qinhuangdao Technical School for three years, and there are many rabbits crossing the river-taking a trip (soup). Mutton offal soup is nutritious, suitable for all ages and can be eaten in all seasons. Especially when the weather is cold, eating it can drive away the cold, and a bowl of mutton offal soup will make you warm and comfortable. When the curtain is lifted, the teachers and students who eat in the canteen line up on weekdays, sitting on a long wooden stool, holding the golden tower (steamed corn bread) in one hand and the coarse porcelain bowl of mutton soup in the other, sucking and sweating, steamed corn bread and mutton soup, which is simply a perfect food.
A bowl of mutton soup costs 2 cents. At the bottom of the bowl, mutton offal such as intestines, bellies, blood, shredded meat and other spices, such as coriander, chives and minced salt, are put. The fragrance of mutton offal and the heat of boiling soup penetrated my heart and reached my stomach. Like to eat spicy food, add a spoonful of Chili oil to the soup, and add salt if the taste is heavy. The red color is Chili oil, the green color is scallion parsley, and the milky white color is sheep bone soup. The sight alone is tempting to eat and laugh. Take a bite of mutton soup and bite the steamed bread. Usually, the steamed bread with burrs seems to be chewed, which infiltrates the fresh fragrance of mutton soup and the spicy taste of Chili oil, and tastes much smoother. I think I have the feeling of eating steamed bread with flour.

They took off their red scarves and showed the beauty of beauty more and more. Many years later, I realized that it was a textbook way to eat mutton buns.
after many years, I still miss the row of simple houses outside the brick factory, the mutton soup restaurant. I know that I miss the bowl of mutton soup more than the hot years together. I got up early to do morning exercises outdoors, and when I saw the fog on the road, I remembered the steaming of the big pot of mutton soup that was uncovered at the beginning of that year, so I paid more attention to see where I could drink mutton soup along the way, and I'll have a bowl later. There must be an old song still singing: when I was young, I would listen to the radio, waiting for my favorite songs, and when they sounded, I would sing along.
