Haian is a city in Jiangsu Province. Haian is located in the Suzhong Plain, bordering the Yellow Sea in the east, Rudong in the south, Taixing in the west, Jiangyan in the north and Dongtai in the north. Tongyang Canal runs through the east and west, and Chuanchang River runs through the north and south, dividing Hai 'an into three different natural regions: Henan, Hebei and Hedong.
