At 9 o'clock on Sunday morning, more than 20 college students and accompanying professors and teachers from the School of Humanities of Wenzhou Ken University arrived in Kunyang, Pingyang County on the school bus of Wenzhou Ken University. Under the leadership of Zhou Renduo, President of Pingyang County Local Records Society, and Chun Ge, County Tourism and Sports Bureau, we invited reporters from Pingyang County Media Center, President Xiao of Pingyang County Walking Association, Teacher Lin of Pingyang Party School and four teachers from Pingyang County Local Records Society to accompany us to start the first stop of Pingyang historical and cultural inspection: Mingshan, a thousand-year-old village.

Mingshan Village in Kunyang Town is a national model village for rural governance, a national civilized village, a national model village for democracy and the rule of law, and an AAA-level scenic spot village. Founded in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, it is a famous cultural village in the Southern Song Dynasty with profound historical and cultural heritage. It is a provincial-level historical and cultural village and a key village for the protection and utilization of provincial-level historical and cultural villages. After thousands of years of baptism, the famous mountains have preserved extremely rich historical memories and roots, as well as rich cultural relics and historical sites. There are more than three famous mountain villages: many ancient houses, many celebrities and many ancient trees. The unique charm of Jiangnan water town inherits the tranquility and comfort of this pure land.

Under the guidance and explanation of Mr. Lin from Pingyang Party School, a group of teachers and students from the School of Humanities, Ken University, Wenzhou, set out from the square of Mingshan Cultural Activity Center and visited the Shiban Road in Mingshan Ancient Village, listening to Mr. Lin's "Kan Kan Talk" all the way, telling the celebrity story and historical background of Mingshan and some related cultural and historical knowledge of Pingyang County, which made people listen with relish.

A group of people came to the "Little Hermit" in Mingshan Village, which is a well-preserved residence in Qing Dynasty and the former residence of Cai Xingu, a famous calligrapher with Wen surname, with a history of 100 years. Brick and wood structure is a two-story building with northeast facing southwest, covering a large area. Blue bricks are one of its major features. The platform, outer wall, walkway and altar of the gate are all made of blue bricks, and four square columns of blue bricks rise from the ground near the gate. The main house is made of wood, with exquisite wood carvings, simple and regular architecture and antique style. A class of teachers and students from the School of Humanities of Ken University in Wenzhou took a group photo in front of the door after visiting the "Little Hermit".

Subsequently, the delegation also visited Cai's former residence, Mingshan Ceramic Garden, 600-year-old banyan tree, Mingshantang River, Taiyin Palace and other scenic spots. Cai Jian, an accompanying teacher of Pingyang Local Records Society, wrote a poem and gave it to a class of teachers and students from the School of Humanities of Wenzhou Ken University:

According to the itinerary, the second stop in the morning is Nangu Street in Kunyangpo. Ponan Ancient Street is located outside the south gate of Kunyang Town, Pingyang County. It used to be the ancient post road of "Xingyuan is connected with Beidou, and the post road reaches Min Nan". At that time, connecting the Aojiang River Basin and Feiyunjiang River Basin was always the only way between Fujian and Zhejiang. The street is more than 2 meters wide, and the narrowest part is only 1.5 meters. When the waterway was the most prosperous in the last century, tens of thousands of people passed by here every day, and the surrounding mountains were also connected. It has been a prosperous place since ancient times. Ponan Street is an ancient street with profound historical and cultural accumulation, which has gathered many cultural landscapes and historical sites such as memorial archway, Tongfumen, Dongyue Taoist Temple, Chating site, Shiban ancient bridge, martyrs cemetery, residential houses, terraced fields in Gu Men, ancient temples, ancient stage, ancient camphor trees and ancient wells.

A class of teachers and students from the School of Humanities, Ken University, Wenzhou, took a group photo with Fumen as a souvenir, which opened the investigation activities of this site. A group of people came along the reconstructed Bonan Street. Now the land is leveled, the greening is good, the house is repaired, and all kinds of shops are everywhere. The integration of modern business and leisure life has penetrated into everyone's life in Bonan Street, emitting brand-new vitality. Various types of "small bridges, flowing water and people" are combined with the local characteristics of Jiangnan water town to form a historical and cultural ancient block with a complete life form. While exploring the history and culture of Bonan Ancient Street, a group of teachers and students specially tasted Pingyang's "special" food at Tanghuang Tea Shop in Bonan Ancient Street. At noon, the group reluctantly bid farewell to Ponan Ancient Street and went to Aojiang, the largest ancient town in Pingyang, for lunch, ending the morning inspection tour.
