Emerald tofu
Tofu, lettuce, ginger and other ingredients, simple cooking, refreshing taste. Slice lettuce, shred ginger and tofu. Fried pork liver with tomato

Dongpo eggplant
Peel eggplant, cut into pieces, and cut with a knife. Heat the oil to 60% to 70% heat, fry the eggplant until it is bordeaux, remove and drain the oil.
