The practice of grasping cakes by hand
You don't need to put oil in the pot, just put the cake in the pot and fry it with low fire. Really don't put oil in it. When fried, the cake itself emits a lot of oil. If you put oil in it, it will be too greasy.
When the bread turns from white to translucent, grab it with chopsticks and shovel to make it fluffy. When both sides of the bread are fried until golden brown, take it out of the pot and lay it flat.
When frying cakes, a lot of oil will be produced, so you can directly fry ham slices in the pot until both sides are brown and smell the fragrance, and then you can go out of the pot.
Using the remaining oil in the pot, fry the eggs with low fire and take them out.
Finally, put the washed lettuce, ham slices, eggs and cheese on the fried hand-grabbed cake in turn, coat it with sweet noodle sauce (add sauce if you like), and fold the hand-grabbed cake in half before eating.
