First of all, these labor courses include many tasks, including hygiene and cleaning, storage and classification, nutritious cooking, furniture and appliance maintenance, etc. It is simply an all-round development. According to the regulations of the relevant departments, children's labor courses shall not be less than one class per week. And they will learn the corresponding skills according to their age. For example, children in grade one and grade two are required to learn simple labor cleaning because of their poor hands-on ability, such as wiping the floor with a mop broom and wiping the glass with a rag. When cooking, you just need to wash the ingredients, pick the dishes and peel them.
Secondly, as children get older, their tasks become more and more complicated. By the fifth and sixth grades, we should learn to cook some home-cooked dishes, plant fruit trees and understand the functional characteristics of using common household appliances. Moreover, labor classes did not begin to decrease after junior high school, and children in grades seven to eight still have to learn these life skills. Many people can't help feeling when they see this place, and they really want to go back to primary school. You know, many families are only children, and these children usually lack practical ability and can't even do the simplest housework.
Finally, if the school can carry out labor classes, I believe that children's independent ability will become stronger and stronger, and they will not give up easily when they encounter difficulties, which will also play a decisive role in entering the society in the future. It is indeed a good thing to learn these skills, but it is still difficult to really implement them. I just hope that these labor classes will not be done by parents in the end, which will only add more burden to my parents.
