Official website of Hunan University shows that Dezhi Garden of Hunan University belongs to the School of Electrical and Information Engineering and is a student apartment of the School of Electrical and Information Engineering.

Hunan University, referred to as "Huda", is located in Changsha. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, and is jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Hunan Provincial People's Government and the National Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense.
