after breakfast, at 8: 1, I started from Changzhi, it was raining lightly, and I went out of the city with a green light. Go north along Erguang Expressway, turn to Qingyin Expressway in Yushe South, and turn west. At 11 o'clock, go to Pingyao South Service Area, and at 12 o'clock, go to Wucheng Service Area for lunch. After crossing the Jundu toll station, you enter Shaanxi, which is the Loess Plateau, with ravines and caves everywhere. I'm thinking, if those hills are leveled and gullies filled, can this place become fertile land?

I booked Zhongxin Express Hotel for 18 yuan, and the conditions were not bad. The backyard was large and parking was convenient.

On the first day of my trip, I walked more than 6 kilometers. I am in a good mood, driving, riding, listening to music, singing, and blissful.

Dinner across the street, Zhajiang Noodles, 16 yuan, is quite palatable. Watching TV at night, I didn't go to bed until 12 o'clock. I didn't sleep well and woke up early. It was two nights in a row, and I slept for about 5 hours at most. I was worried to death!

the next day, .7.9 (Dingbian-Northwest Film and Television City-Zhongwei

I got up in the morning, my head was foggy, and I obviously didn't get enough sleep! During the journey, it is very important to have a peaceful mind, and not to be too excited by looking forward to the beautiful scenery; Take things as they are, and don't worry about the difficulties of the journey; Life should be regular, for example, I stayed up too late watching TV last night, which is extremely inappropriate. Only in this way can we play well, sleep well and travel can be "sustainable".

I didn't have breakfast. When I set off on the expressway, I saw a long queue at the entrance, and I passed through the Etc channel unimpeded. The more I felt that this ETC was really convenient! At 7: 3, in Cai Jialiang service area, have breakfast and instant noodles.

at 9: 3, I arrived at the Northwest Film and Television City of Zhenbeibao. I originally planned to go to Shahu Lake, which is also a scenic spot in 5A, and I have to go north. Its style is estimated to be similar to Shapotou, so I thought about it and gave it up.

Northwest Film and Television City has now become a symbolic scenic spot in Yinchuan. Some people say that coming to Yinchuan without the Film and Television City is basically a waste of time. Northwest Film and Television City was built by Zhang Xianliang, a famous writer who was once a "Rightist" and was once in a miserable situation. Later, the film and television city had his memorial hall.

The Film and Television City includes three areas: Qingcheng, Mingcheng and Old Yinchuan Street. When I first entered, I felt very fresh and quite big! Turn around, in fact, it's nothing, the earth wall and earth house are marked with a brand, which is the location of a certain film and television drama. It seems that it feels so much, but there is nothing to see in the old Yinchuan street. At the back, many houses are simply not interested in going in.

However, Northwest Film and Television City has indeed achieved many "famous business cards and famous actors", which is a blessed place for film and television people. There is a gate in Qingcheng called "Lucky Gate". It is said that many of the works shot here are on fire, that is, the gate where the Supreme Treasure and Fairy Zi Xia stand face to face.

heading east, I went to downtown Yinchuan, and saw two small supermarkets, none of which had Lycium barbarum. At 1: 3 in the afternoon, I asked the local people and said that there are Lycium barbarum in the Tongxin Road comprehensive market nearby, which is cheap and of good quality. I was relieved to eat a big bowl of Huimian Noodles first. It was delicious, and the amount was really large. Then, I quickly went to Tongxin Road Market and successfully completed the task.

at 2: 3 in the afternoon, I set out for zhongwei, and there was plenty of time. I decided not to take the expressway, but take the 751 county road, which is said to be a desert road. Take Yinchuan Ring Expressway first, and then transfer to Yinba Expressway. Ningxia is really too small, and it doesn't take long to enter Inner Mongolia. On the roadside is Helan Mountain, a barren mountain. In this midsummer, the mountains here are bare, earthy, sand red and stone-colored, but you can't see green. I noticed that at the foot of the mountain, you can often see cemeteries, which are very simple. They are surrounded by small stones and have a tombstone at the center. Should these cemeteries be free of charge?

X751 County Road

Over the mountains, the desert in the distance is visible, and the expressway is set at Barumbe. Southbound along the 751 County Road, it is said to be a desert highway. In fact, both sides of the road are not deserts or grasslands. Occasionally, sheep can be seen, but this grassland is not dense and mottled, which is a semi-grassland and semi-desert landform.

This section of the road is under construction. It should be built into an expressway. The road conditions are already very good. What's even better is that there is no monitoring. I feel more enjoyable than taking the expressway. Go to the end of the road, it is a fork in the road. If you want to go to zhongwei, turn left and turn right to Shapotou Scenic Area. I choose to turn left, and then take 4 township road, which is narrow but has good traffic conditions and little monitoring.

arrive in zhongwei at 6: 3 and go directly to the red sun parking lot of Super 8 Hotel. I'm really lucky. I followed mobile navigation, and finally I found a parking lot, which is still a free parking lot. I didn't find the Super 8 Hotel, but booked the Jinjiang Hotel nearby, at 147 yuan, with good conditions.

After dinner, I walked to the Red Sun Square. It was so lively!
