1. Baba in Lijiang is a special food made by Naxi people, which is famous in western Yunnan. It is mainly divided into two flavors, sweet and salty. The sweet one is wrapped in oily brown sugar, and the salty one is wrapped in chopped green onion, ham and other ingredients. The prepared Baba has layered pastry.
2. Rice sausage is a special flavor food in Lijiang. It is mainly made by pouring rice, pig blood, egg white and other ingredients into the processed pig intestines. The rice sausage can be eaten steamed or fried. It is rich in flavor, smooth and refreshing, and is an excellent food for enriching blood and invigorating qi.
3. Chicken bean jelly is a kind of special bean jelly in Lijiang. It is mainly made of chicken beans with Chinese prickly ash, green leek, green onion, red pepper, mustard, sour vinegar and other ingredients. It is also called black bean jelly. Although it doesn't look good, it tastes very delicate and smooth, and it is an excellent meal.
