raw materials: shrimp 25g, salt, eggs, flour, starch and spiced powder.

Ingredients: 4g of shrimp, half bottle of white wine, 1 egg, proper amount of dry starch, salt and pepper.

Experience sharing:
First, when frying shrimp, the oil temperature should not be too high, and the fire should not be too big. Just keep the oil temperature at 5% to 6%.
