There are three well-known ones:

1. Zhang Zhengxiong, an international culinary master, has never been to a university.

Zhang Zhengxiong, a native of Chongqing, is an international culinary master, an international food judge, a China culinary master, and a national first-class judge. He is currently the deputy secretary-general of China Hotel Association, the vice-president and deputy secretary-general of Chongqing Catering Industry Association, the vice-president and secretary-general of Chongqing Famous Association, the expert of Chinese Culture Communication Center, and the vice-chairman of World Chinese Healthy Diet Association.

He was engaged in cooking in p>1968. He once served as the deputy stationmaster of the Sichuan cuisine training station of the Ministry of Commerce and the director of the Chongqing Cooking Skills Training Center of the State Administration of Internal Trade.

He has compiled senior chef's Special Cuisine in Chongqing, Practical Cooking Techniques of Sichuan Cuisine, Technical Appraisal Textbook for Chinese Cookers, co-published China's Famous Cookbook, Sichuan Flavor, Sichuan Hotpot, Amorphophallus Dishes and Sichuan-style Braised Vegetables, and organized and directed the shooting of Chongqing-style Sichuan Cuisine and Sichuan Cuisine Appraisal Textbook VCD. He was once employed as a cooking professional by the junior college class of cooking nutrition of Southwest Agricultural University.

In p>1999, he gave a live performance at the first China Food Festival, and won the honor of top ten culinary masters in China. In 2, he gave a live performance at the 1th China Chef's Festival and won the cross-century outstanding talent award.

2. Zhang Zhengxiong, deputy director of the Literature and History Information and Learning Committee of Gansu Provincial Political Consultative Conference, graduated from Qingyang Teachers College.

3. Zhang Zhengxiong, a member of the leading group of Zhenyuan CPPCC, has never been to university.

Zhang zhengxiong, male, Han nationality, from Zhenyuan county, Gansu province, was born in may 1956, with a high school education, and joined the work in March 1976.

successively worked in the reporting group of Zhenyuan County Committee, Shishe Commune of Qingyang County, Shuguang Township of Zhenyuan County, People's Congress Office, Xiaoxian Township, Nanchuan Township, Family Planning Bureau and CPPCC Office. In August 28, he served as a member of the leading group and vice chairman of the county CPPCC.
