Ingredients: appropriate amount of beans
Accessories: appropriate amount of pepper.
Seasoning: salt, 1 pinch of pepper, a little white wine.
Exercise:
1. After washing beans, take off both ends and dry the surface thoroughly in the shade. Wash and dry peppers.
2. Add water to the pot, add pepper to boil, continue to cook for 2 minutes, cool thoroughly, pour into the pickle jar and soak the beans and peppers. Water seal/closure
3. Almost a week later. You can continue to soak new beans after eating.
