The Western Food major of Southern Polytechnic is one of the advantageous majors of Southern Polytechnic in New Zealand.

Conditions for the Western Kitchen major at Southern University of Technology 1. Education requirements: Have completed the second year of high school or graduated from high school in China and are over 18 years old, have a high school degree or above in New Zealand or have a high school degree or above in China.
2. Language requirements: IELTS 5.5, with no less than 5.0 in each item.
