Baked Potato Wedges
Ingredients (1 tablespoon≈15ml, 1 teaspoon≈5ml)
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper powder (Paprika); potatoes 3 pieces, about 400g; 1 tablespoon of cooking oil; 1/4 teaspoon of salt; about 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Method
Brush the potatoes (don’t peel them) After washing (I didn’t go there), cut into boat-shaped pieces. Wipe off water stains with kitchen paper or cloth
Put it into a food bag. Then pour in a tablespoon of cooking oil. (Looking at it, a tablespoon is not enough for actual cooking)
Pour in the red pepper powder
Continue to add other seasonings (salt, black pepper)
Hold the bag tightly Mouth, shakeshakeshake~~ But the bag was broken and the shake was scattered all over the floor. This step is to evenly roll the potato pieces with seasoning
and pour them into the baking pan. Place them evenly, don't be greedy and put too many, leave some space. The oven needs to be preheated to 220 degrees in advance, middle and upper racks. Bake for about 35 minutes (the size of the potatoes you cut may vary, so try to cut them evenly)
Quickly Crispy Fried Eggplant
Ingredients
Two eggplants; an appropriate amount of flour; an appropriate amount of salt; a spoonful of allspice or pepper powder; a pinch of baking soda
Method
1. Wash and slice the eggplants and set aside. Put salt, flour, pepper powder (five-spice powder can be substituted) in a basin. Add a little baking soda and water to make a thinner batter, preferably one that can hold the thin batter (the skin will not be crispy if it is too thick).
2. Put oil in the pot, and when the oil is hot, add the eggplant and fry it, first on high heat and then on medium heat, until the eggplant is golden brown, remove and dry, and eat after cooling slightly, the outside will be crispy and the inside will be soft and tender. ...If you like black pepper, you can sprinkle some at the end!
I fried two big sticks and ate them all, best while they are still hot
