ferment the dough in a steamer

put the dough in the steamer → select the dough fermentation mode → adjust the temperature to 31℃→ set the time for 3min→ start.

Steaming to thaw the food

Put the frozen meat into the steamer → Select the thawing mode → Adjust the temperature to 5℃→ Set the time for 25min→ Start.
