Zhuzhou Laoyao Chicken Method
Ingredients: a Sanhuang chicken, ginger, green and red pepper, dried red pepper and garlic cloves.
preparation: chop Sanhuang chicken, mix well with salt and marinate for about half an hour. Slice ginger, smash garlic and chop green and red peppers.
Practice
