Materials:
Self-raising flour, 5 eggs, butter, Dove dark chocolate and some personal favorite fruits.
Method:
1) First, separate the egg white from the yolk.
2) Egg yolk+sugar, beat evenly.
3) Egg white+sugar, which is cheap. This is an important step and requires some patience. Never be lazy, even if your hands will be sour.
4) Add some hot water to the butter and bite it in the microwave for ten seconds to melt it.
5) Add butter to the egg yolk and mix well. If there is cream, you'd better add some.
6) Slowly add the prepared egg yolk into the beaten egg white and stir well.
7) Slowly sift about half (about 200g) of self-raising flour into the egg mixture with a sieve, and stir evenly to form a batter. If there is no sieve, just like me, add self-raising flour directly, but keep stirring to prevent the formation of small flour dough. If there is flour dough, you have to wash your hands, hehe, spread it slowly.
8) Cut Dove into small pieces, add some water, take a bite in the microwave oven and melt it into chocolate liquid. Those who like chocolate can put more.
9) Slowly add the prepared chocolate liquid into the batter and mix well.
10) Put butter on the bottom of the rice cooker, add the batter and press the button. After the first trip, it wasn't enough. Press the button again. After the second trip, you can open the lid. If the toothpick can be inserted, it means nothing. Generally speaking, after the second trip, it's almost half an hour. If you find it difficult to grasp the time, you can open the lid half and grasp the time by yourself.
1 1) Melt chocolate without adding water to make chocolate paste, and then spread it on the cake surface. If you like, you can put sliced kiwifruit, strawberries, grapes or other fruits in the refrigerator until the chocolate on the surface is solidified.
