1. Cut off the coccyx, rinse it, and soak it in water, as shown in the figure.
2. Add water to oxtail pot, add appropriate amount of onion and ginger cooking wine, cook for 5 minutes on high fire, and skim off the blood foam.
3. Next, continue to cook the oxtail soup on medium heat until it turns white, and then turn to low heat for 2 hours, as shown in the figure.
4. Transfer to an electric pressure cooker, press the soup button and stew for half an hour, as shown in the figure.
5. Before leaving the valley, add a medlar to enter.
6. Finally, when it is ready, put it in a bowl to eat.
