The new campus will be better. The majors in the new campus are management department, computer department, electromechanical department, art department, heat pipe department, finance and economics department, etc. The majors in the old campus are Foreign Languages Department and Business Department.

Guangdong Vocational College of Agriculture, Industry and Commerce is an ordinary public full-time general college. The school was founded in 1952, and its predecessor was the South China Agricultural Reclamation Cadre School founded by Marshal Ye Jianying when he was concurrently the director of the South China Agricultural Reclamation Bureau.

The school has Guangzhou Tianhe Yueken Road Campus and Zengcheng Campus. Yueken Road Campus is located in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, and Zengcheng Campus is located in Zhongxin Town, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou. At present, there are 9 secondary colleges including Tropical Agriculture and Forestry College, Business School, Management College, Finance and Economics College, Intelligent Engineering College, Computer College, Foreign Languages College, Art and Design College and International Exchange College.

As well as teaching AIDS and training institutions such as the Ministry of Foundation, Marxist College and Continuing Education College, there are research institutions such as Tropical Crops Research Institute, Vocational and Technical Education Research Institute, Computer Application Research Institute, Communication Technology Research Institute and Ideological and Political Education Research Institute.
