There are 4 management departments and offices under the company's headquarters, with 387 employees, including 96 professional technicians at or above the intermediate level.

At present, the company has three wholly-owned subsidiaries, two holding companies and one cooperative company:

Jiangsu Guangsha Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. was established in August, 1996. It is one of the earliest units engaged in engineering construction supervision in Xuzhou. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huamei Development Company. The registered capital of the company is 2 million yuan. It has Grade A qualification of housing construction supervision, Grade A qualification of mine engineering supervision, Grade B qualification of municipal public buildings, Grade B qualification of engineering cost consulting unit and civil engineering quality testing institution issued by Jiangsu Provincial Construction Department.

Huamei Management Co., Ltd., established in June 2000, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huamei Development Company with a registered capital of 6 million yuan, and is engaged in housing management, housing replacement, intermediary, agency, information consultation, housing leasing and related businesses.

Xuzhou Huamei Property Company was established in June 2007+10. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huamei Development Company with a registered capital of 500,000 yuan. At present, it has obtained the property management right of the beautiful landscape and Runyuan community.

Huamei Zhongrun Land Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 20 million yuan, and Huamei Real Estate Development Company holds 70% of the shares. Development projects include Spring Rain Garden and Shanshui Kangqiao. The development and construction area of Chunyu Garden is 59,800 square meters, and the sales income is more than 80 million yuan. The development area of Shanshui Kangqiao is 9 1 10,000 m, and the estimated sales income is 300,000 yuan. It will be fully completed and accepted in 2008.

Xuzhou Huajia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 20 million yuan, and Huamei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. holds 60% of the shares to jointly develop the commercial office building of Fuxing North Road, with a planned area of about 72,000 m.

Xuzhou Hengjia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 1 100 million yuan, which is jointly established by Huamei and Xuzhou Sanyou Real Estate Co., Ltd., of which Huamei holds 33.33% of the shares. Cooperate in the development of plot d of Gulou ecological park 142 mu.
