Student dormitory: The school implements apartment management. There are 6 rooms in the North Campus and 6 rooms in the Mojia Campus. An integrated bed, with a bed above, desk and wardrobe below, a separate toilet, and a separate sink, water heater, water dispenser, telephone, network cable, and fan.

Mianyang Teachers' College is located in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, China's Science and Technology City. It is a full-time general undergraduate college in Sichuan Province. The school is part of the Sichuan Province Free Normal Student Oriented Training Program and was selected into the Sichuan Province Excellent Teacher Education and Training Program.

The school was formerly known as Sichuan Mianyang School founded in 1940. In 2002, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Mianyang Normal College merged with the Mianyang Branch of Sichuan Institute of Education and changed its name to its current name. In 2006, it became a bachelor's degree-granting unit; in 2007, it passed the undergraduate teaching level evaluation of the National Ministry of Education with good results; in 2011, it was approved to become a pilot unit for "Serving the National Special Needs Project" to recruit master's degree students in environmental engineering.
