Because there is no heavy industry pollution in Beitun City, the water quality in the culture area is clear, clean and weakly alkaline, and the water surface is wide. There are many kinds of small miscellaneous fish in the water, and the pike is completely in a natural growth state. Therefore, the produced pike has the characteristics of tight and elastic meat, few inter-muscle thorns, smooth taste, delicious taste, high nutritional value and large edible part, and is deeply loved by people. People from all over the country who come here to travel, as long as they have eaten white-spotted pike, have to buy some to take back.
