First, French Steak Ingredients: 3 steaks (hand-sized each), 3 green onions (sliced, this is a small red onion, so be careful when punching), baby mushrooms (10 ounces), 1/2 cup
white wine, 1 tablespoon butter 1, 1 tablespoon parsley, salt and a pinch of pepper.
Exercise: 1. Melt butter on a cast iron grill and sear steak over high heat.
Many friends in China can't stand the tenderness of the steak, so they can turn down the heat and fry it until it is 5-8 done.
However, the temperature is relatively high when it comes out of the pan, so it can lock in the juice and fry until the surface is brown, then put it on a plate and set aside.
2. Then add the onions to the pot and stir-fry, then stir-fry the mushrooms.
Then pour in the white wine, stir-fry evenly and turn up the heat until the mushrooms are cooked.
Add chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper and serve.
3. Pour the cooked mushroom sauce over each steak.
Second, fresh curry steak ingredients: 4 slices of steak, 1 potato, 1 small carrot, 5 tablespoons of water; half a tablespoon of wine, 3 tablespoons of curry powder, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 cup of water.
Practice: 1. Wash the steak, cut it into small pieces from the middle of the bone, add seasonings, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Fry both sides in a pan with a small amount of oil and serve.
3. Dice the onion, peel the potatoes and carrots, and cut into cubes.
Sauté the onions in 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the curry powder and stir-fry, then add the carrots and potatoes and the rest of the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil.
4. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then add steak and stir-fry.
When the soup is thickened, turn off the heat and serve.
