Qian 'an itself has no special snacks, most of which are imported, such as Hejian donkey meat fire (north of CCB), Pingquan mutton soup (north of Yanshan Road), crossing the bridge rice noodles (purchased from the east) and so on. The local specialty snacks are the toads of Zhang Erya (two Chinese and western foods) and Zhang Sanya (the east end of Garden Street), which are actually biscuits with shredded pork or pig's head meat.
