Last summer, I was at home concentrating on my homework.
Suddenly I smelled a very fragrant smell, so I ran into the kitchen to take a look, ah!
It turned out to be my mother braised carp.
So I stood nearby and remembered my mother's braised carp method firmly in my mind.
The next day, I went to the street alone and bought two big, black carp.
When I got home, I followed my mother's example. I first scraped off the scales of the two carp, then cut open their bellies, threw away the contents, then washed them and put them on the chopping board, and then prepared various kinds of fish.
seasoning.
I sliced ??their backs one by one, cracked an egg into a small bowl, and then spread the chicken on the fish.
Start frying carp.
I lit the gas and poured the oil into the fryer. After more than 10 minutes, a puff of green smoke came out of the fryer. The oil boiled. I put them in the fryer and fried them. There was a "crash" sound and the oil splashed.
Come on.
I flipped them constantly with a spatula and chopsticks, and when they were cooked, set them on a plate to the side.
It was time to pour the sauce. I lit the gas and poured the oil into the frying pan. After a while, a trace of green smoke came out of the frying pan. I put eight small red peppers and a lot of green onions into the frying pan, and suddenly there was a fragrance of oil.
It popped into my nose, I stir-fried it with a shovel, and then put some white and green garlic, yellow and green ginger, black and small peppercorns, red and large aniseed, white and green
New wine, thirteen spices of different colors, and soy sauce wine and salt were added. When it was almost cooked, MSG was added. Finally, the prepared sauce was poured on the fish. I smelled it and it was particularly fragrant.
I observed my work with relish. The red and bright juice made this delicious dish look particularly beautiful!
Then, I tasted it again. It tasted really good. It felt like it was not much the same as what I bought from the store.
One of my favorite dishes, "braised carp", was born.
