1. Method 1:
(1) 3 egg whites, 80g sugar, a little salt, 5g vanilla essence, 30g almond flour, 170g coconut flakes, 100g Melted chocolate.
(2) Prepare the eggs, separate the egg whites and egg yolks, and mix the egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla extract until the sugar is fully dissolved. We are not making meringue, we are just dissolving the sugar.
(3) When the sugar is completely dissolved, add almond flour and coconut flakes and mix them thoroughly with a spatula. Preheat 175℃ and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the coconut balls turn golden brown. Can. You can use an air fryer instead of an oven. Bake at 170°C for 15 to 20 minutes. Since the chef didn't preheat it, we needed 5 more minutes. Cooking temperatures and times may vary by machine. Once baked, cool on a cooling rack.
2. Method 2:
(1) 1 banana, 4 slices of toast, 15ml of vegetable oil.
(2) Cut off the edges of the toast and set aside. I bought toast with raisins, but it would be better to use the one without raisins. Peel the banana and chop it into pieces; put the chopped banana on the toast, then fold the toast in half and press it. It doesn't matter if the toast bread cracks at this time, just use it as sandwich bread.
(3) After preheating the air fryer for 3 minutes, brush a little vegetable oil, put the banana sandwich bread in, and brush a little vegetable oil on the surface; set to 200 degrees and 3 minutes.
3. Method 3:
(1) 2 bananas, 1 egg, 50 grams of corn starch, 50 grams of bread crumbs, and 15 ml of vegetable oil.
(2) Take out the cornstarch and bread crumbs, pour them into two plastic bags or bowls respectively, beat an egg and stir well, add a little salt and stir evenly. Cut the bananas into thick slices and coat them in cornstarch, egg wash and bread crumbs.
(3) Brush a little vegetable oil in the air fryer, put the banana slices in, and brush a little more vegetable oil on the surface of the banana slices; set to 200 degrees and 6 minutes. When the time is up, turn the banana slices over, brush with a little oil, and bake for another 6 minutes.
