How to make pickled cucumber

Steps
1. Wash cucumbers and green and red peppers.
2. Cut the cucumber into strips and add all the salt.
3. Spread evenly with your hands and marinate for 30 minutes, turning twice in the middle.
4. Remove seeds and stems from green and red peppers and cut into strips.
5. Slice the ginger and wipe the surface of the dried red pepper with a wrung wet cloth.
6. Put the white wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and mature vinegar into a small bowl.
