Milk powder can be used to make: homemade condensed milk, snowflake crisps, yogurt bars, peanut nougat, and milk-flavored steamed buns.
1. Make 80 grams of homemade condensed milk powder, 200 grams of water, and 30 grams of sugar.
When we make condensed milk, we must evaporate the water in the milk. We fully stir these three ingredients together and wait until they melt.
The amount of sugar can be added according to your own taste.
Then we put the mixed milk into a non-stick pan and stir it constantly with a spoon.
We make it a low fire, otherwise it will be easy to burn the bottom of the pot.
As we all evaporate the milk, it becomes more and more viscous.
We can turn it off as soon as we see the fire getting thicker, which only takes about 15 minutes.
2. 200g snowflake cookies, 30g cranberries, 100g milk powder, 300g marshmallows, and 150g butter.
First, soften the butter in a pan, then stir in the marshmallows.
Be sure to light the fire.
Add milk powder and other ingredients and knead evenly with both hands.
Refrigerate or freeze for 1 hour, then cut into long strips and sprinkle with milk powder.
After cutting, we can eat it directly on the plate, or we can pack it in the packaging bag ourselves.
When we go out to play, we can bring it or give it to our friends.
3. 200g peanut nougat milk powder, 100g butter, 300g peanut kernels, and 300g marshmallows.
First put the peanut kernels in the oven and roast them until they peel.
During this time, melt the butter in the hot pot, add the marshmallows and milk powder, and stir well.
Then add the peanuts and continue stirring until it is no longer sticky.
Finally, place the stirred peanut candy on oil-absorbing paper, flatten and cool before cutting into small pieces.
