The left foot starts to walk in the forward cross direction, the second beat, the right foot walks in the forward cross direction, the third beat, the left foot walks in the backward cross direction, and the fourth beat, the right foot walks in the backward cross direction. Note that when preparing, stand on the small footprints with your feet. When walking, you can follow the password prompts on the map.
