Ingredients: 1 cuttlefish, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of Jiang Mo, 1 cucumber, 1.5 teaspoon of sesame oil, 2 teaspoons of sugar, a little olive oil and 3 teaspoons of XO sauce.
Practice 2 cloves of garlic and make it into garlic. Cut 1 cuttlefish into cross pieces, add 2 tablespoons cooking wine, a little salt, half garlic and 1 teaspoon Jiang Mo, and marinate by hand.
2. Wash the cucumber and cut it into small pieces. Heat the non-stick pan on low heat, add a little olive oil, spread it evenly with a shovel, and add the remaining half of garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Stir fry until the ingredients are basically cooked. Add appropriate amount of salt, 2 spoonfuls of sugar and 1.5 spoonfuls of sesame oil and stir well.
