This is temperature insurance, also known as over-temperature fuse. The maintenance I have seen is usually 185 degrees. Regularly install the heating plate near the rice cooker to prevent the high temperature from burning out when the rice cooker fails, melt the aluminum heating plate and bake the plastic parts. Therefore, when the temperature of the rice cooker exceeds 185 degrees, the overtemperature fuse will be blown to cut off the power supply and stop heating to prevent the rice cooker from overheating.
