There are two main urban areas in Neijiang, the downtown area and Dongxing District

From the perspective of urban construction, the downtown area belongs to the old city, and the roads in the central area are narrow and congested. The house is also dilapidated, and the price of the newly built house is relatively low (compared with Dongxing District), and the environment is not very good. The small piece outside Dongxing Town in Dongxing District belongs to the old city, and everything else is relatively new. The roads are wider and more beautiful, and the greening is also very good. Higher-end houses are concentrated in Dongxing District.

from the commercial point of view: the downtown area is still the commercial center, and the commercial street is represented by three streets (North Street, Central Road and Tianjin Street) with four squares, with the largest population flow. Most of the commercial streets in Dongxing District have not formed any scale, and the food street on No.8 Road is slightly shaped.

from the industrial point of view, there are two industrial parks located in the downtown area, one is Chengxi Industrial Park (Maishitong, Juteng and other enterprises) and the other is Lexian Industrial Park (represented by Donglin Machinery). There are relatively few industries here in Dongxing District.
