1. The custom of praying for dreams in Shizhu Mountain has a history of more than 2,000 years. It is based on the belief in the Nine Immortals, accompanied by folk activities such as life etiquette and seasonal events, involving psychological medicine, health science, and architecture. In the fields of science, sociology and other fields, it was integrated into Taoist rituals in the process of dissemination, and became a unique custom with psychological counseling and social enlightenment effects. It is widely spread in Fuzhou, Putian, Xiamen and other places as well as overseas Fujianese inhabited areas.

2. Southern Shaolin Zonghe Boxing: It is a traditional boxing technique from Fuqing, Fujian. Its founder, Fang Huishi, whose courtesy name was Shipei, was born in 1834 in Chashan, Fuqing, Fujian. He has been scholarly for generations, sensitive and eager to learn, especially martial arts. He practiced crane technique vigorously and was taught by famous teachers. The Southern Shaolin Zong Crane Boxing routine is divided into three battles, three points, five plum blossoms, crane wings, five steps, waving oar hands, walking horse triangle, double butterflies, shaking limbs for three grams, butterfly piercing flowers, octagon piercing heart, etc.

3. Che Gu Gu: It is a traditional folk dance with a percussion ensemble, originating from the "Ji Gu" of the Han Dynasty (homophoned as "Che Drum"). Because the drum was placed on the car to play a commanding role during the parade, it was named "car drum". The performance form of the car drum is mainly a parade performance, supplemented by a stage performance, with 9 to 11 performers. The performances are accompanied by dance, juggling, and skills. Most of the movements incorporate opera steps, and the music mostly adopts folk tunes, such as "Chegu Tune", "Four Seasons Song", "Genggu Tune", etc.
