The main wild animals and plants in the county are Tibetan antelope, wild donkey, wild goat, antelope, argali, rock sheep, red deer, bear, Mongolian pine, marmot, otter, highland rabbit, fox, pheasant, wild pigeon, yellow duck, grey duck, black-necked crane, swan, crow, white-headed mandarin duck, cordyceps sinensis and so on. The discovered mineral resources mainly include lead, zinc, coal and granite.
