Steps:

4. Add butter to the steamed mochi and knead into a ball, divide into 15 grams each.
5. Spray the salted egg yolk with white wine to remove the smell, and bake it in the oven until oil comes out.
6. Divide the red beans into 20 grams each and wrap in salted egg yolk.
7. Wrap the mochi in the outermost layer, and the inner part is ready.
8. Wrap the dough into the pastry, roll it out with a rolling pin and repeat twice.
9. Then roll the edge inward into a round shape, wrap it in and make it round.
10. Use a toothpick to prick the surface of the egg yolk puff pastry to prevent the filling from frying. Brush with egg yolk liquid and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
11. Put it in the oven at 190 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
