1. About the crescent moon

I am 8 months old now, and my spleen and stomach function are also very good, so I can be more willful in eating. Now, whether I eat donkey-hide gelatin or deer fetus paste and other tonic things, my body is already in good condition. any reaction.

2. About diet

So what is a healthy diet? You must have seen a lot of such theories, and I would like to share some practical ones with you simply and clearly.

1. High protein and low fat

Regardless of whether you are exercising or not, try to follow a high protein and low fat diet every day, with more vegetables and less fruits. To put it simply, eat more protein-containing foods (fish, shrimp, eggs, milk, soy products, beef, mutton, chicken, duck, etc.). 3. About exercise

Exercise is also something that varies from person to person. You can choose according to your own preferences. But you must remember to practice three-quarters and eat seven-tenths. If you eat messily and have no scruples, the effect of your exercise will be greatly reduced, no matter how vigorously you exercise.

My personal favorite exercise is yoga, because yoga is a whole-body exercise that not only makes the body soft, but also unblocks the meridians of the body. Only the meridians of the human body can be smooth, and the blood and qi can run smoothly. will be good.

Here I would like to share two small exercises that I think are particularly good and very simple (especially for girls).

4. About sleep

You should go to bed before 11 o'clock at the latest, because 11-1 o'clock in the evening is the time for the liver to detoxify, so if you don't rest at this time, it will cause the liver to detoxify. Without a good environment for detoxification, toxins cannot be metabolized through the blood and kidneys well, and it is easy to accumulate toxins. This is why we wake up late the next day with poor energy and spirit, especially the skin.

Lack of sleep can also make you gain weight, because lack of sleep time will significantly reduce your leptin level, increase your appetite, and make you more likely to be hungry. It will also reduce your brain's self-control, making it difficult to resist delicious food. temptation.
