1 Bundle vermicelli

Fried eggs with vermicelli?
A string of Longkou vermicelli, add warm water in an enlarged bowl, soak the vermicelli (you can beat eggs), drain it with cold water after the vermicelli becomes soft, and cut a few knives with scissors before cooking.
Knock two local eggs into a small bowl and hit them clockwise with chopsticks. Add a little salt, cooking wine and water and stir well.
I use a non-stick pan, a hot pan, add a proper amount of salad oil, soak in white foam, and pour in eggs. When the eggs swell, stir the eggs with chopsticks, pour in vermicelli, stir with chopsticks, pour in a little soy sauce, stir well with chopsticks, collect the juice, take out the pan and sprinkle a little chopped green onion.
