Teach the method of making dumplings: first pinch one end of the dumpling tightly, then push the dough with the index finger of your left hand, pinch it with the index finger of your right hand, push with one hand and pinch with the other. When there is still a little bit left, pinch the outer circle to make a pleat.

Fold the last small corner in half and finish it off, just tidy it up.

This wrapping method is somewhat similar to shrimp dumplings, and they look particularly beautiful when wrapped.
