Ingredients:
An appropriate amount of dried rice noodles, dried shrimps, red pepper, frozen tofu, minced garlic, chopped green onion, fish sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce.
Method:
Put the rice noodles into the pot, boil water and cook, it will take about 5 minutes. After cooking, take out the cold water.
Wash the sea rice, soak briefly and drain. Cut into fine pieces, add to the pot with chopped green onion and stir-fry with oil until fragrant.
Put the cut red pepper slices and frozen tofu cubes into the pot and stir-fry together. Add a tablespoon each of cooking wine, fish sauce, and light soy sauce, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Then add the cooled rice noodles and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes. Finally add a little oyster sauce and it's ready to serve.
