Qingshui Hairy Crab is a specialty of Dianshan Lake. The crabs produced in Yuandang Lake, which is separated by a bank and connected with the lake, have different shapes and tastes. Qingshui hairy crabs are green in shell, strong in body, rich in chelating fertilizer, thin in feet and rich in ointment. They were seen in the city in June of the lunar calendar, commonly known as "June Yellow". As the folk saying goes, "When you are busy, you can't forget June Yellow". That means you can't miss this crab-eating season. Until the autumn season, especially the autumn wind, the crab shell is hard and the meat is full.
