Method of frying dumplings
Step 1
There are six jiaozi (steamed) products bought in the supermarket. If they are raw, you must steam them in a steamer 10- 15 minutes after you go home.
Second step
Pour in half of the pan oil. When the oil temperature reaches 80% heat, add it into the dough, fry it over medium heat, and turn it slowly until each side is evenly colored.
Third step
Deep-fry until jiaozi is even and golden, then remove and drain.
