After learning to let go, I discovered that a truly refined life is to say goodbye to the bad habit of "hoarding". I will never buy these items again, as they are all common problems in poor families.
1. Useless plastic bags and packing boxes.
When we usually buy things, we often have a lot of plastic bags or plastic boxes and take-out boxes left over from takeaways. It is best not to hoard these disposable products.
Many friends around me keep these plastic bags and take-out boxes at home. In fact, they are rarely used, but they think it is just a waste to throw them away. However, many take-out boxes cannot be used repeatedly, heated or filled with food, which is harmful to our health.
Physical health also takes a certain toll.
If you have a lot of these disposable items at home, it is not recommended that you buy or accumulate them. Do not cause certain damage and harm to the body just to save a small amount of money.
2. Plush toys.
I believe that many girls have a lot of plush toys at home, but it is not recommended that you hoard too many. Low-quality plush toys will continuously release a large amount of formaldehyde, which can endanger our health anytime and anywhere.
Especially stuffed toys that are rarely cleaned and disinfected when bought home, there will be a large number of mites inside, and these mites will also cause certain harm to our bodies, and may cause our skin to be sensitive, acne, and red.
Therefore, don’t place too many stuffed toys at home. If you buy them, they must be cleaned regularly.
