2. Practice 2. Ingredients: ribs 300g, peanuts, medlar, vegetable oil, chicken powder and salt. Practice: Soak peanuts in advance, and soak ribs for 30 minutes before blanching. Put the soaked peanuts and ribs into a boiling pot and add enough water at one time. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and cook for 45 minutes. Add washed Lycium barbarum, then pour in proper amount of vegetable oil, chicken powder and salt to taste, and then turn off the heat.
3. Exercise 3. Ingredients: 500g of ribs, 0/50g of peanuts/kloc-,300g of lotus root, 3000ml of water, a little salt and monosodium glutamate. Practice: put 300 ml of water into the air pressure pot and boil it first. Wash ribs and peanuts. Peel and slice lotus root. Put the ribs, peanuts and lotus root together in a pressure cooker, cover the lid and boil. When the air pressure rings, continue to cook for fifteen minutes before turning off the fire. After the air pressure dissipates, open the lid and add some salt and a little monosodium glutamate to eat.
