No. 21 Yongqing Street, Yongqingfang is at Exit D2 of Changshou Road Station of Metro Line 1 and Exit B of Huangsha Station of Metro Line 1 and 6.
Yongqingfang is located on the century-old Enning Road. This area was originally the old city of Xiguan, full of cultural relics and historic sites. Later, the old city was renovated. While retaining the charm of Xiguan, Guangzhou, it also injected modern commercial art.
The renovated Yongqingfang has many hand-painted walls and special art shops, such as the Years and Years Post Office, letterpress printing experience, Internet celebrity cafes, etc., which are very suitable for taking pictures and playing.
Xiguan, the old name of Liwan District in Guangzhou, covers most of the current Liwan District.
Liwan District got its name from the "Lichi Bay" in Xiguan in the old days, which was known as "a bay of green water and red lychees on both sides".
Yongqingfang (Guangzhou) is located in Enning Road, Liwan District, the most beautiful arcade street in Guangzhou. It is connected to the Shangxiajiu landmark commercial street in the east and Shamian in the south. It is the former site of Xiguan with Guangzhou's urban cultural heritage.
Injecting a new era of urban life in accordance with the overall requirements of "old city, new vitality" is a benchmark for organic urban renewal in China's new era that Guangzhou is committed to creating, integrating historical and cultural heritage with contemporary urban life.
On August 22, 2020, Guangzhou Xiguan Yongqingfang was officially listed as a national 4A tourist attraction.

In 2016, Vanke won the bid for the first phase of the Yongqingfang project and carried out renovations.
The first phase covers an area of ??about 8,000 square meters, with updated buildings covering about 7,000 square meters. It was opened for operation in October 2016.
In August 2018, the second phase of Yongqingfang was acquired, covering an area of ??about 90,000 square meters, with an updated building of about 72,000 square meters. The renovation started in October 2018, and is planned to open in phases from 2019 to 2021.
