Looking back on the three-month nutritious breakfast check-in process, the most impressive thing is that from the beginning I didn’t know what to eat for breakfast, to now I can come up with a variety of ingredients for breakfast every day. In the past, when preparing breakfast, I only thought about porridge, soy milk, and noodles. Now I think about whether there are vegetables, staple food, protein, and liquid food for breakfast every day! You can also have fruits and nutritious nuts in the afternoon! It ensures that you eat a variety of foods every day, so you are no longer satisfied with just one meal!
In the nutritious breakfast check-in group, in addition to Jie’s mother’s professional nutritional guidance, I also learned how to divide plates and take photos! For children, seeing beautiful presentation can also increase appetite! But you also need to pay attention to technique when dividing the plate, and don’t make the portion look too large! Because for Lele, seeing too many means rejecting them! Therefore, I gradually learned to combine some ingredients together. Putting them together does not seem like much, but in fact the ingredients are still diverse! For example: egg fried rice, pastoral stir-fry, three fresh noodles, homemade sandwiches, etc.! Both Chinese and Western food can diversify the ingredients!

Lele can make sure to finish the staple food, eggs, milk and some vegetables every morning. Fruit and some nuts are eaten at school or when you get home in the evening! Yueyue still doesn’t eat much for breakfast, which also reminds me that breakfast must continue, and nutritious breakfast needs to be carried out all the time!
This time’s check-in also includes exercise and sleep, which I still need to make more corrections. Exercise starts with small habits. Now you can have at least 10 minutes of parent-child exercise time every night. Don’t be limited to forms and methods. Even relaxing is fine!
There has been a little progress in sleep, Lele gradually changed from 22:30 to 22:00. Yueyue's sleep time mainly depends on my time arrangement, which also requires me to strengthen my energy management and time management! Change is not immediate, accept yourself and adjust slowly! Keep up the good work!
When I sent Yueyue to kindergarten this morning, I met my mother-in-law who was doing the cleaning and said good morning every day. She said: "Look, I have grown a lot taller! Will you go to elementary school in September?" I Said: "I won't go to school until next year!" This is the surprise brought by the nutritious breakfast unknowingly - I have grown taller!
