What hot drinks can I make in winter? Please give me more details. Thank you.

1. One bag of black tea is basically a cup of 400 ml.

First make black tea with half of the boiling water, then add half of the milk and about 10 grams of brown sugar to make milk tea.

Another way is to add water to the pot to boil the black tea and shredded ginger. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Add honey and milk before drinking to make ginger tea.

2. Add 5 grams of matcha to 250 ml of milk, mix well with a blender, heat in microwave for 1 and a half minutes, add 10 grams of condensed milk.

The amount I have is quite large, a normal cup is basically 250 grams, but I feel it is too little, and it is not satisfying to drink, so I usually use a fat cup, 400 ml.

You can add 150 ml of red bean soup with boiled red beans to the matcha above, and then add honey red beans to make matcha red beans.

Matcha and red beans are interchangeable for soup base. The picture below shows hand-washed meatballs cooked in adzuki bean soup.

3. The hot cocoa recipe is the same as matcha. Sometimes I add a piece of chocolate to it, so I don’t add sugar.

Matcha and hot cocoa taste really good, but they are less popular now.

In the past, the ingredients were matcha purchased from Japan and canned cocoa powder purchased from a certain store.

Quality problems have always existed, and now I don’t dare to buy online.

Has anyone ever purchased matcha powder online from Amazon Japan or Rakuten?

I would like to consult.

4. Add lard oil to sesame glutinous rice balls, black sesame seeds, mix well, and put in the refrigerator to chill.

Add water and olive oil to glutinous rice flour and knead into a ball to make sesame dumplings.

Boil glutinous rice balls in hot water.

After the glutinous rice balls float, cook for another 3 minutes, remove and serve in a bowl.

Pour the red bean soup and milk into the pot. After boiling, add the red beans and brown sugar.

Pour it into the bowl of glutinous rice balls and eat.

You can make more glutinous rice balls and freeze them in the refrigerator. You don’t need to defrost them when you want to eat them.

Keep the filling in the refrigerator to make it less crumbly and better to pack.

The dough may break when kneading it, so when making the dough into a skin, just use your fingers to apply some water on the outside of the skin.

5. Boiled fruits Boiled fruits are better than medicine.

I saw it online, not sure if it's true or not.

Can any professionals explain it?

I didn’t like eating boiled fruits before.

But this winter I suddenly found that the fruit was too cold to eat raw, and I had some constipation. It was a bit difficult to digest the fruit raw, so I wanted to cook it and eat it. It was surprisingly delicious and seemed to be good for digestion.

Generally, the ones that are cooked are apples and pears that are resistant to cooking. For acidophilus, three or four cored hawthorns are added, and sometimes two jujubes are added.

After the fruit is cut into pieces, add water to cover it. After boiling, cover and cook for no more than two minutes (according to @李海Chaozhiyou’s comment, Baidu later revised it. High-vitamin C fruits are not easy to cook).

warm.

You can also make black tea and soak fruits to make fruit tea. I accidentally caught a cold from wine, but because red wine is good for the body, I sometimes drink less. Another option is to make red wine with pears.

Generally, the pears are cut into pieces, added with red wine, and simmered in a stew pot for an hour until they become soft.

There are some online that add cinnamon powder.

I personally tested it and it didn’t taste good. It’s better to mix cinnamon powder with apples.

6. Tremella is generally paired with crushed peanuts or almonds, add milk and boil, then add stewed Tremella, wolfberry and peanut kernels.

This product must be added with sugar, preferably condensed milk, because the white fungus still has a raw taste after being stewed.

But it's delicious enough with added sugar.

Tremella and papaya are also awesome!

7. Black sesame seeds. Don’t eat black sesame seeds whole. Its fragrance will not come out, and can you guarantee that you can chew it if you eat it whole? Such small food... the best way to eat it is to smash it.

I usually buy half a pound of cooked black sesame seeds, crush them all at once, and put them in a sealed jar.

If you want to eat it, scoop out a spoonful, add a little oatmeal, add enough milk and cook until it becomes thick, and drink it while it's hot.

Another option is not to add oats, just add a cup of milk and a spoonful of black sesame powder.

Satisfied enough.

8. When making fermented glutinous rice, you can make a lot of it at one time and it will take a long time to eat.

Then make some glutinous rice balls yourself and serve them with wolfberry, egg, osmanthus and honey.

I eat it every time during special periods. It is said that because it is fermented, it is good for the skin.

9. The hard drinks are said to be hot drinks, but I still like to add various chats to the soup. The soup warms the body and the hard drinks warm the belly.

Usually, the sweet potatoes, taro, purple sweet potatoes and chestnuts are cooked in a pressure cooker and then refrigerated or frozen.

If you want to eat it, take it out and either add milk and heat it directly, or crush it and add glutinous rice flour to make balls.

When I'm not lazy, I'll make a pot of fresh taro fairy.
