1 Ingredients; 400 grams of one piece of tofu, 50 grams of minced beef; seasonings: 30 grams of bean paste, 20 grams of tempeh, 2 grams of salt, chicken powder 2 grams, 15 grams of soy sauce, 10 grams of rice wine, 20 grams of minced garlic, 300 ml of broth, appropriate amount of water starch, 30 g of peanut oil; ingredients: 30 g of minced green garlic, 1 g of pepper noodles, 5 g of minced coriander. 2 First cut the tofu into 2 cm square cubes. 3. Put a little salt in the water. 4 handfuls of cut tofu in water. 5Soak for 15 minutes. 6 Then take it out and set aside. 7.
