The method of vinegar goose web
First of all, the material comes to the big photo.
Half a bowl of aged vinegar, half a bowl of soy sauce, a bowl of water, and a quarter of Siraitia grosvenorii. Cook these in a pot. Add sugar (this varies from person to person), stop the fire after the sugar melts, and then cover it.
Put the goose web in cold water, put the ginger slices (peeled and sliced with a spoon) and cooking wine into the pot, boil and stop the fire, and remove the dirt on the goose web.
Goose feet are soaked in cold water.
Put the cold goose feet into the pot again, add ginger and wine as in the third step, boil, and cease fire after 30 minutes.
Goose feet are the same as the fourth step. After showering with cold water, soak them in ice water until the goose feet regain their elasticity.
Cut the goose feet into small pieces with a knife and scissors.
Pour the vinegar prepared in the second step into the container containing goose feet, and I added some sesame oil (friends who don't like it can not add it). Finally, cover it and put it in the refrigerator for a day to enjoy.
