Quangang District delicacies include Quangang Tuling Braised Pork Knuckles, Dongbi Dragon Balls, Quangang Float Cake, Kou Su, Quanzhou Noodle Paste, etc.
1. Sanhe noodles: It adheres to traditional craftsmanship and has a pure and fragrant taste. It is not easy to get angry after eating. Boil a pot of boiling water, stir it with a spoon while adding water until it becomes sticky. It is delicious, sweet and fragrant, and melts in your mouth.
2. Dongbi Dragon Ball: Longan Qingjin, with delicious meat, crispy skin and plump filling, and sweet taste, has become a famous special flavor dish in this area.
3. Quangang Floating Cake: Quangang Floating Cake: Chop the vegetables and mix the sweet potato powder with water to form a thick paste. Add a little salt and MSG; use a spoon to scoop out the specially made five-petal petals with a diameter of 6 to 7 cm.

6. Quangang Tuling braised pig's trotters: The local Quangang pig's trotters are used. After being simmered for a long time, they become elastic, shiny but not greasy, and full of collagen.
